I started working with Matech in March 2016 to add additional technical capacity to a couple teams in Michigan and Washington in order to accomplish some aggressive project timelines. Matech was able to quickly understand our needs and was keenly focused on locating and screening qualifying technical talent as quickly as possible. Within a short time period, we were able to proceed with 2 candidates who have worked out well. Matech services didn’t end at the initial placement, but also maintains responsibility for managing contractors for any performance or HR issues, and continues to ensure our needs are being met.
